Trade Partner Prequalification Process:

To initiate the trade partner prequalification process and request a vendor form, provide company contact information to info@rfc95.com.  Should you have any questions on the prequalification process please send an email to info@rfc95.com.

All policies will need to be a minimum of $ 1 million in coverage and include general liability, auto, workers compensation and excess liability.  RFC Insurance requirements are only provided as reference.  Please do not submit a COI unless you are awarded a contract.
