President & Founder

Fitzgerald has worked construction for 30+ years; he has led crews and worked in the field on all projects in various industries. He established, and has led and managed RFC with a focus on serving the needs of clients on agricultural projects. When Medical Marijuana became legal in Florida, he transferred his decades of experience to this growing industry.

Hunter Mills

Vice President - Construction

Mills has led construction crews and has worked in the field for 10 years. He has managed projects for the University of Florida, Home Depot, and several multi-state operators in the medical and recreational cannabis industry. He leads and manages priority construction projects, as well as installations.

John McQueeny, Vice-President of Development

John McQueeney

Vice President - Development

McQueeney has worked on utility-scale solar projects in the Pacific Northwest (50MW worth of capacity online), energy efficiency commercial & industrial projects for SoCalGas and SoCal Edison. He has also worked with multi-state operators in the medical and recreational cannabis industry.
